Yet another phenomenal young band making their way up from Redwood City to the legendary 924 Gilman Street Venue. Paralyzer, Brings the perfect energy you'd want from a young queer band finding their voice in the world. Expressing their emotion in their performance, shouting a "Fuck you!" to Governor Ron DeSantis is one of the many entertaining bits in their performance its amazing that they have only been together for just under a year. Aryn (guitar for 9 years), Maccabee (Drums for a bit over a year), and Ethan (bass for almost 5 years), all share a sense of going against the norm and to quote Ethan, "Punk Rock is badass".

I was fortunate to have the honor of sharing a performance before and after their performances as sort of a background musician, It was an amazing opportunity and I am thankful to all of the bands attending that day to have allowed me to express myself at the Gilman community.

When it comes to stage presence, this band has a very strong stage presence, and they're able to play their instruments very well I might suggest using more and more body movement which can add some spice to the performance but all in all it was a very good performance and I congratulate them for making it to Gilman.

Nothing gets the Halloween season started with spooks and fears, not a lot can get through the impenetrable skin of this amazing band, I did have to ask what their biggest fear was, and that, for each and every one of them had an answer. Aryn doesn't fear the playing but the talking in between the playing, doesn't know how to talk in between songs but was able to carry the show in a good manner. Mac had a concern with his stick breaking but did generally think the idea of breaking a stick was pretty cool and luckily he did get that experience today. Good for you Mac, and Ethan doesn't want to mess up on singing though his voice sang beautifully to the crowd.
